The Lord saw how great man’s wickedness on the earth had become and every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all of the time. The Lord was grieved that he had made man on the earth and his heart was filled with pain. So he said, “I will wipe mankind, whom I have created, from the face of the earth. I am going to bring floodwaters on the earth and to destroy all life under the heavens.”
Move your refugees according to an adjacent tile. Live on the skin of your pants as your options for movement disappear.

Players take turns moving a refugee and flooding a land.

The winner is the only player with at least one refugee left in the game.
COOPERATIVE END OF PLAY
Players try to make the game last as many turns as possible and beat the number of turns in previous games. Scoring disks may be used to count the number of turns.
Each player receives 2 refugees in their player color.
Randomly place the lands on open squares on the board. Players take turns placing one of their refugees, on an open land.
